Training Tempered Programs

Training Tempered is for the athlete who wants to train with a specifically designed personalized training plan. Reaching a peak level of fitness requires year round training. It should ideally coincide with your goal events.

All TrainingTempered programs will provide the highest quality of coaching interaction to the athlete. The difference in the programs is in the frequency of interaction. Some athletes desire a greater amount of contact with their coach, hence TrainingTempered provides 3 levels to choose from.

All programs however start with a complete consultation/assessment. This usually takes about an hour. You will discuss all details pertaining to your fitness level, personal schedule, race/event schedule, available equipment as well as other details so that the optimal training program can be created for you.

Tempered Level 1 - ★
Custom training plan that is designed specifically for you is sent one (1x) time per month.
Once (1x) a month you will have a 20-minute phone appointment (made by the athlete) where you and your coach will discuss your training.

Tempered Level 2 - ★★
Custom training plan that is designed specifically for you is sent two (2x) times per month (every 2 weeks) that is designed specifically for you and laid out in two-week blocks.
Every two weeks you will have a 20-minute phone appointment (made by the athlete) where you and your coach will discuss your training.

Tempered Level 3 - ★★★
This Level 3 Premium Coaching Plan provides the greatest amount of interaction with your coach.
Custom training plan every week (4x per month)
Weekly phone consultations up to 30 minutes (made by either coach or athlete)
Pre-Race/Event Day phone consultation

Program notes:
All programs have a 4-month commitment.
One-time start-up/processing fee of $50 applies to Tempered Level 1,2, and 3 programs but not to 10-Week Programs.
Training Tempered Coach David Amato, CSCS, designs all programs.
