Training Tempered programs are designed and coached by David Amato, CSCS.
David coaches cyclists competing in Road Racing, Criterium, Time Trials
and Stage Races, Cross Country Mountain Bike events. You don’t have
to race to have a coach. Cycling is a great way to gain fitness but you
still want to have a plan!

On-Line Coaching
Training Tempered offers 3 levels of programs. The levels are based on
the frequency of communication with Coach David. This works very well
for the motivated athlete who seeks to interact regularly with a coach.
10-Week Program
This program is for athletes who are seeking a sports specific exercise
program consisting of all the components that will progress them to a
higher level of fitness. This program is supported by email interaction
of 1 x per week.
