Follow a professionally designed 10-week long fitness program that is supported by email interaction with the coach. It is available for cycling, triathlon, distance swimming and motorsports. All of the 10-week programs progress you to a solid level fitness.

The idea behind this is to start the program 10 weeks before your event. These programs are also a great way to see how efficient training becomes when you take the guesswork out of it. What you spend you will surely get back in time saved and energy spent!

All of the 10-Week programs contain sport specific and resistance training components.
